Partnerships

The Resource Center, which is administered by n4a, will capitalize on the long-standing and highly respected knowledge, ability and experience of n4a and its partners, Generations United, National Center for Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes and Older Adults Technology Services, to identify and share lessons from their fields of expertise - volunteerism, arts engagement, intergenerational opportunities, lifelong learning and technology.

n4a is a 501c(3) membership association representing America’s national network of 622 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and providing a voice in the nation’s capital for the more than 250 Title VI Native American aging programs.

Generations United improves the lives of children, youth, and older people through intergenerational collaboration, public policies, and programs for the enduring benefit of all.

OATS harnesses the power of technology to change the way we age. Their flagship programs empower older adults to live successful, independent, and more connected lives. Senior Planet, OATS's flagship content site for older adults, celebrates aging by sharing information and resources that support aging with attitude, and helps older adults stay engaged and active by bringing a digital-technology focus to a range of topics.

The National Resource Center for Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes plays a lead role in disseminating information on effective educational programming for older learners. In addition to providing information and connections via this web site, the NRC plans and coordinates national conferences and provides a range of ways to help the 123 Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes (OLLIs) throughout all 50 states connect and collaborate with one another. Use the Directory of Lifelong Learning Institutes to find one in your community.
