New Social Connection Grant Opportunity from USAging
USAging’s Strengthening Social Connection in Communities (SSCC) has launched a call for proposals to award 12-month seed grants, not exceeding $35,000 each, to up to 10 organizations within the Aging Network. The goal of this grant is to enhance the health of older adults and their caregivers by replicating and sustaining evidence-based and evidence-informed social connection programs, partnerships and referral processes in communities.
