engAGED and Older Adults Technology Service (OATS) from AARP partnered to create a manual to help organizations serving older adults implement new or enhance existing virtual programming. The manual includes key considerations, organizational tips and best practices for developing and administering virtual programs.

This publication features 11 successful social engagement programs from the Innovations Hub that employ a variety of social engagement interventions and tap into an array of partners to reach consumers in rural, suburban and urban communities.

This booklet, developed by engAGED in partnership with the Eldercare Locator and Older Adults Technology Services, provides older adults with information on available technology options, how to access technology and how technology can help them stay engaged and connected to their communities. Available in English and Spanish, the booklet is also customizable—so your organization can add its logo and contact information (English customizable version; Spanish customizable version; instructions on how to customize which requires Adobe Acrobat).
